Servizio di Telesoccorso

Persone che vivono sole, ammalati o anziani possono fare affidamento sull’assistenza della Centrale Operativa GGS Vigilanza. Gli operatori in caso di ricevimento del segnale di emergenza dall’abitazione dell’utente attuano immediatamente le procedure d’intervento prestabilite per portare soccorso.

Questo servizio comprende:

  • la tenuta delle chiavi (a richiesta) del cliente e della scheda sigillata con le indicazioni dell’anamnesi (rilasciata dal medico di famiglia), della scheda con i riferimenti a parenti o persone da contattare in caso di emergenza (alle condizioni previste dalla legge sulla privacy;
  • l’assistenza psicologica telefonica al soggetto colpito in attesa dell’arrivo del soccorso sul posto;
  • servizi di prelievo e consegna medicinali;
  • ricerca parenti e servizio informazioni in caso di necessità (tutti a richiesta del cliente).
